Mogok rubies, sapphires or ruby jewelry ordered are shipped to the address supplied by the client via Federal Express, DHL or UPS typically within three (3) working days of receipt of payment for the order.

Upon shipment we will supply you with the estimated arrival date as well as the courier waybill number allowing you to track the delivery progress. Normally the product(s) will reach you within 3-4 days from the date it was shipped.

You will need to sign the courier’s waybill document upon delivery. Post Office Box addresses are therefore not accepted.

Taxes

Most countries have no import duties on colored gemstones. There may however be sales taxes or VAT depending on the country where the delivery is made. Import duties, sales taxes or other duties are not included in the price and are to be born directly by the client.
