Return Policy

Mogok Rubies & Sapphires Ltd is pleased to introduce its Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with either the gemstone or jewelry item you purchased from our website you may return it for a full refund within thirty(30) days from date of receipt of the shipment from us. The date is determined as the date when you signed off on the delivery to the courier company used. The thirty(30) days should give you sufficient time to inspect the gemstone, or jewelry item and consider your purchase. During this period you are fully liable for the item.

As the return procedure depends on the country you live in, you will need to contact us for individual instructions before you return the gemstone or jewelry item. You can obtain the instructions by contacting our European Representative. Please see our contact us section.
Your only liability is for the shipping cost to return the gemstone or jewelry item to us at the address designated by us.

**It is important that you do not return any purchase without contacting us beforehand.

You will need to return the gemstone or jewelry product in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging material, and remember to include any gemstones certificates. In the event that either one or both of the certificates are not returned you will be charged $350 USD for them.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of the return shipment so please take appropriate measures before shipping items back to us.

After inspecting the item(s) returned and verifying that no damage has incurred we will make a full refund of the purchase price. This will normally happen within 7 days of receipt of the gemstone or jewelry item.
