Mogok Rubies & Sapphires Ltd has attempted to make ordering and paying for Mogok Rubies, Sapphires and Ruby jewelry as simple and secure as possible.

All rubies, sapphires and ruby jewelry shown on our website are either marked Available, Reserved or Sold. Our website is updated constantly but there may be situations where a gemstone or jewelry item may appear to be available but has been Reserved or Sold. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

In case you are interested in purchasing a Mogok ruby, sapphire or a jewelry item, you are kindly asked to fill in its order form and submit it to us. (order forms are displayed in the item’s details page). We will confirm the order via e-mail and send the ruby, sapphire or ruby jewelry item usually within three(3) working days after receipt of payment. We have a free shipping worldwide policy with any purchase.

Should you want to have a bit of time to think about the purchase you may reserve it for 3 (three) days at no cost to you by indicating this on the order form. We strongly urge you to do this as it costs you nothing at all and insures the item you seek will not be sold while you think about it. After 3 days the item in question automatically reverts to Available status.

Payment - PayPal - Bank Transfers

The rubies, sapphires and ruby jewelry found on this website or with linked "Buy Now" buttons can be purchased with your credit card through our PayPal payment gateway, or payment can be made via bank transfer to our account. These are the easiest and safest means when transacting in expensive items like natural rubies, sapphires and ruby jewelry.
