Ordering
The gemstones shown on our web site are either marked Available, Reserved or Sold. As we only update our site weekly there may be situations where an available gemstone already has been Reserved or Sold.
In case you are interested in purchasing a stone you are kindly asked to fill in its order form and submit it to us. We will confirm the order via e-mail and ship the stone, usually within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
Should you want to have a bit of time to think about the purchase you may reserve it for 3 (three) days at no cost to you by indicating this on the order form. After 3 days the stone automatically reverts to Available status.
Payment
The rubies found on the home page or with linked "Buy Now" buttons can be purched with your credit card through our PayPal payment gateway. For all other rubiespayment is now made via bank transfer to our account. These are the easiest and safest means when transacting in an expensive item like natural rubies.

Shipping & Taxes
Stones are shipped to your address via Federal Express or UPS typically within 3 working days of receipt of payment for the order. Upon shipment we will supply you with the estimated arrival date as well as the courier waybill number allowing you to track the delivery progress. Normally the stone will reach you within 3-4 days from the time it is shipped.
You will need to sign the courier's waybill document upon delivery. Post Office Box addresses are therefore not accepted.
Most countries have no import duties on colored gemstones. There may however be sales taxes depending on the country where the delivery is made. Import duties, sales taxes or other duties are not included in the price and are to be born directly by you.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the gemstone you may return it for a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days from date of receipt of the shipment from us. The date is determined as the date when you signed off on the delivery to the courier company used. The two weeks should give you sufficient time to inspect the gemstone and consider your purchase. During this period you are fully liable for the item.
As the return procedure depends on the country you live in you will need to contact us for individual instructions before you return the gemstone. You can obtain the instructions by contacting our European Representative. Please see our Contact Us section. You are liable for the cost of returning the shipment of the gemstone to the address designated by us.
It is important that you do not return any purchase without contacting us in beforehand.
You will need to return the gemstone in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging material, and remember to include the gemstones certificates. In the event that either one or both of the certificates are not returned we will charge you €250 (Euro).
We are not responsible for loss or damage of the return shipment.
After inspecting the item returned and verifying it is undamaged we will make a full refund of the purchase price. This will normally happen within 7 days of receipt of the gemstone.
